Auxy AI does not use Customer Data for independent commercial purposes
Customer data processing is governed by applicable contractual agreements and data processing addendums.

4. Messaging Infrastructure & Channel Operations

Auxy AI is a recognized technical partner within Meta’s ecosystem for WhatsApp Business Platform services. Message delivery via Meta infrastructure is subject to Meta’s independent terms and policies.
Message transmission may involve telecom carriers and network providers subject to applicable regulatory frameworks.
5. Broadcasting & Customer Compliance Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
Obtaining lawful and valid end-user consent
Complying with telecom, marketing, and data protection regulations
Ensuring lawful communication practices
Auxy AI does not assume responsibility for unlawful, unsolicited, or non-compliant communications initiated by customers.
6. Lawful Basis for Processing

7.1 Customer Data
Customer communication data is retained:
For the duration of the contractual relationship
